The summer league season is just around the corner, and this is your final chance to enter and secure your spot. So far, we have received a number of entries, but there is still room for more teams to join the competition. If you have been considering participating, now is the time to act. The closing date for entries is Monday, 4th May, and league matches will begin the week commencing 11th May.
This year, there is an important update to the Wednesday pairs format. The Wednesday pairs will now follow a normal pairs format, where you enter and play as your own team. Matches will consist of 16 ends at a start time at 7pm.

Details of the Updated Wednesday Pairs Format
One of the key changes is the adjustment to the Wednesday pairs. Instead of the previous format, the league will now use a normal pairs format. This means:
Teams enter and play as their own pairs.
Matches will be played over 16 ends.
The format encourages teamwork and strategic play.
It aligns with standard pairs competition rules, making it familiar and straightforward.
This change aims to simplify the competition and enhance the playing experience. Teams can focus on their own tactics without the complexities of rotating pairs.
